Joint
		Enschede is parter with Palo Alto. For a visit a small token was requested as a give away. I developed a wooden sculpture made out of pine wood (the palo alto refers to a Metasequoia tree) and oak (traditional building material in Twente). The shape is inspired on Japanese wood joints. I made several prototypes out of foam with the CNC router. The final sculpture was laser engraved with the logo's of the two cities
